Agave Yogurt Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Cup Organic Non Fat Strawberry yogurt
1 Cup Organic Low Fat Soymilk
1 Tablespoon Organic Agave
2 Cup Organic Berries of choice
(strawberries, blackberries, blueberries or raspberries)

Directions:

In blender or food processor, place yogurt, soy milk and agave. Cover; blend on high 30 seconds until smooth.
Add half of the berries. Cover; blend on high for 1 minute. Add remaining berries.
Cover and blend on high for another  minute, until smooth.

Note:

If you do not have fresh berries available you can use an organic frozen berry mix.  Be sure there is no added sugar and allow to thaw 1/2 way before making the smoothie.
