Kale, carrot and okra stew

Lightly pan sautee kale with chopped onions and garlic.  Add chopped carrots, and okra along with 3-4 cups alkalized, antioxidant rich water.  Add sea Salt and pepper to taste.  Bring to a quick boil then reduce and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.  Turn off and cool before eating.  Makes an antioxidant rich vegetable stew.  This is a hearty dish that can be served as a main dish or as a side or starter.  Super quick way to get your veggies.  Be sure not to overcook as you will lose the nutritive value.  Cook on a very low heat setting just to fork tender.
