Perfect nutritious snack: Nuts & Seeds

Nuts and seeds are wonderful sources of nutrition and make great snacks on the go.  Seeds are very rich in essential oils.  Be sure to store your seeds and nuts in a cool, dark place (refrigerator, or freezer) to maintain the nutrition and flavor.  Nuts and seeds are wonderful accents to any dish.  Complimenting foods with Nuts and seeds adds great flavor and packed nutrition.  Nuts and seeds are high in Protein, Calcium, Iron, Potassium and phosphorous.  Nuts and seeds go great in salads, as a snack, or in grain and or bean dishes.  Nuts are very high in essential Vitamin E oils.

Bulk sections usually have a great array of seeds and nuts allowing you to buy a variety of what you want or need without forcing you to buy a large prepackaged bag of only one kind.  When you buy bulk you are also getting a fresher seed or nut.
