Blueberry Flax Smoothie For a Healthy Glow- Great for the skin!

Healthy Glow Blueberry Flax Smoothie

Ingredients Needed:

1 Cup Purified Antioxidant water, skim milk, or soy milk
1 Cup Organic Blueberries
2 Tablespoons Flaxseed ground
1 Cup Ice to preference
Agave Nectar to Taste
1/4 Organic  Cucumber


Combine liquid, berries, flax, and agave blending until smooth.  You can thicken it by adding ice.  If you want it sweeter add 1 additional Tablespoon of Agave nectar. This is a super quick smoothie that will provide a healthy glow to your skin.

Purified, antioxidant water (1 Cup)
Organic Blueberries (1 Cup)
Agave Nectar (To Taste)
Organic Cucumber (1/4 Cup)
Flaxseed (2 Tablespoons ground)
Ice (1 Cup)

  1. Yum yum we put blueberries and flax in our smoothie every single morning along with kale, carrots, coconut milk, and cinnamon. We have been doing it for almost two years now, our kids love it and we feel great.
