Simple Healthy Whole Wheat Pizza Crust (Makes 2 Medium Crusts)

SIMPLE HEALTHY WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA CRUST

Yields: 2 Crusts
Prep & Bake Time: 90 Minutes

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
1 Package Active Dry Yeast
1 Teaspoon Honey
1 Cup + 3 Tablespoons Warm Purified, alkalized water
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Cups Organic Whole Wheat Flour

Directions:
In large bowl mix, water, Honey and yeast together, until dissolved.  Proof by sitting for 10 minutes.  Mix in remaining ingredients into the yeast mixture.  Flour board. Put Dough onto flour board kneading for 10 minutes.  Cover and let rise for 1 hour.  Preheat oven to 450.  Divide dough into 2 parts .  Roll out and allow to rise for 30 minutes.  Top with sauce and or toppings of choice.  Then bake for 12-15 minutes.   If using a bread machine you want machine on dough or manual cycle for the best results.  Cool 5-8 minutes.  Slice to serve.
