**Since I have been getting endless requests for some vegan favorites I will go by popular demand and give you a great naturally vegan and vegetarian Garlic Potato Mash recipe. This super quick and fast recipe will go great for the pickiest of eaters including those lactose intolerant, vegans and or vegetarian.**
SIDE DISH

VEGAN GARLIC POTATO MASH
(Naturally Vegan & Vegetarian Recipe)
Servings: 4-6
Cook Time: 25-30 Minutes
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
3 Lbs Yukon Gold Organic Potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
4-5 Cloves of Organic Garlic, peeled
1 1/4 Cp. Organic Almond Milk
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Take garlic and potatoes in pan covering with purified water. Boil on high. Once boiling cover and lower temp to medium low cooking for 18 minutes. Potatoes will become tender when forked. Drain water. Return potatoes to pan and mash garlic and potatoes. Mixture will become smooth. Add Organic Almond Milk to mixture, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Heat back up cooking for 4 minutes. Serve & eat!
