Makes: 2 servings (1 cup each)
1cup frozen organic blueberries
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1 Teaspoon Organic Maca Powder
6 oz Lemon or vanilla low-fat yogurt
Agave if desired
Blend blueberries, soy milk, maca, and yogurt on high for about 1 minute until smooth.
Sweeten to taste with Agave. Serve immediately.
