Ginger Carrot Agave Dressing


Naturally RAW, Vegan & Vegetarian
Yields: 8 oz Dressing
Time: 5 Minutes
(5 Item Recipe)

1 organic carrot, grated
3 tablespoons organic lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh organic ginger, grated
1 teaspoon organic agave
1 tablespoon organic mustard


Blend all ingredients until smooth consistency.


This deliciously healthy dressing goes great on any salad, steamed rice or whole grains, steamed vegetables, as well as a dip or sauce.  We use this as a dip for chicken, summer rolls, pot stickers and more.
