Green Enchilada Sauce

GREEN ENCHILADA SAUCE
RAW, Vegan & Vegetarian
Time: 5 Minutes
Yield: 1 1/2 Cups
(8 Item Recipe)

Ingredients:

1 small Organic Yellow Onion
1 lb Organic Tomatillos, husked
1 Organic Jalapeno, Stem removed
1 Bunch Organic Cilantro, washed, stems removed
1/4 Organic Lemon Juice
1 Cup Organic Green Chiles
1 Bunch Organic Parsley
1 Cup Organic vegetable broth (we make our own cutting cost)

Directions:

Take all ingredients and put into blender or food processor.  Pulse ingredients until
sauce consistency is formed.
