Rasberry Agave Sauce

Rasberry Agave Sauce
Naturally Vegan & Vegetarian
Yields: 2 Cups
Time: 5 Minuts
(3 Item Recipe)

Ingredients:

2 Cups Organic Raspberries
1/3 Cup Organic Agave
Pinch of ground organic nutmeg

Directions:

Place rasberries and agave in small saucepan and bring to boil.  Reduce heat to low simmering for 5 minutes. Take mixture in food processor adding nutmeg pulsing 3-4 times until smooth.

Tips:

You can make ahead of time for salads, pancakes, waffles, cereal both cold or hot, desserts, yogurt, smoothies and more.  Top your favorite treat with it. You can also freeze mixture and it will keep up to two months. I do this when the berries are going out of season to have the topping in the months raspberries are not available.
