Sweet Red Pepper Chicken With Lemon Basil Sauce

Ingredients:
4 Organic Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
1 Cup Organic Red Peppers
2 Tablespoons Fresh organic basil
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Organic Lemon Juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking dish with non stick spray. Put Chicken breast inside. In food processor take red peppers, basil, olive oil and lemon juice. Pulse until smooth. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake for 35 minutes until juice runs clear. Garnish with fresh basil on top if desired. Really makes it pretty when served especially when you have guests.
