Tomato, Avocado With Cilantro Lemon
Time: 5 Minutes
Yield: 1 1/2 Cups
(6 Item Recipe)

Ingredients:

2 Organic Avocados, ripe but firm, cut into 2 pieces
2 oz Organic white onion, cut into into 1″ pieces
1 Organic Garlic Clove
1 Organic Tomato, medium size, cut into 4 pieces
2 Tablespoons Organic Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Organic Cilantro Leaves, whole

Directions:

Add all ingredients into food processor and pulse until well blended.
Serve with your favorite chips. We also love to use this for
sandwiches as a healthy spread.
