Tomato Salsa with Chile, Cilantro & Lemon

Ingredients:
4 Organic Roma Tomatoes
1/4 Organic White Onion
1 Organic Serrano Chile
1 Tablespoon Organic Cilantro Leaves
2 Tablespoons Organic Lemon Juice
Pinch of Oregano
Pinch of Cumin
Directions:
Add all ingredients into food processor. Pulse for 10 seconds until rough chop consistency is reached. Great with chips and also in sandwiches on salads and to top chicken, tofu, veggies, on brown rice and more.
