Lavender for Insomnia

Lavender oil has a calming effect and can be used to induce sleep when you are
feeling stressed or anxious.

Insomnia Mixture:

Put a few drops of lavender oil on an aromatherapy stone (available in most health or herbal stores) and place it in your bedroom.  If you do not have an aromatherapy stone you can put a few drops on a hot wash cloth, breath from it a few times, and then put it near your bed.  Its soothing effects will help you sleep soundly through the night.
