Grated Ginseng on Food As a Nutritional Supplement

Ginseng can be found in many health food stores.  You can save money by adding fresh ginseng to your favorite foods.  Sprinkle a pinch of grated ginseng root on soups and or your favorite foods.  Ingesting the grated ginseng on your food is just as effective as buying foods with it in it.  You can consume the grated ginger as a more affordable measure rather then the more costly tonic. Grating it fresh works in all the healing recipes as well.
