Peach Agave Cobbler With Cinnamon Nutmeg Walnuts

6 Organic Cinnamon Graham Crackers, smashed
6 Organic Peaches, pitted
2 Teaspoons Organic Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (I prefer bob’s red mill brand)
1/4 Cup Organic Agave
1/2 Teaspoon Organic Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Organic Ground Nutmeg
1/4 Cup Raw Organic Walnut pieces
Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8 inch square baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Put graham crackers on bottom of dish. Then add cut peaches into dish. Sprinkle flour, walnuts, cinnamon and nutmeg mixture over peaches. Top with agave. Toss gently. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through and peaches soften.
We like to add wild blueberries, raspberries and or blackberries to this dish and enjoy serving it with some non-dairy vanilla coconut milk ice cream. When we have company we make these in muffin tins to make serving them easy.
