Spicy Tomato Mango Sauce With Lemon & Garlic

Ingredients:
½ cup Organic Sun Dried Tomatoes, whole or sliced
1 Organic Mango, peeled and cut
1 Organic Garlic clove
2 tablespoon Organic Lemon Juice
Directions:
Take all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

This spicy sauce goes great on sandwiches, burgers, wraps, egg rolls, dumplings, protein, rice, veggie dishes and more. Use it on your favorite foods to spice it up as an alternative to sugary ketchup. This naturally sweet and spicy sauce whips up in a flash and is delisous on or dipped in just about anything. We also enjoy it on cereal as well as dipping fruit into it. You can add some fresh ginger for a bigger kick and a squeeze of agave when using it for fruit and or cereals.
