Raspberry Dijon Agave Chicken with Spinach & Almonds

Ingredients:

6 Boneless skinless organic chicken breasts
2 Cups fresh organic raspberries
2 Tablespoons Organic Agave
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
6 cups Organic Spinach, washed and dried
1/4 Cup Raw Organic Almonds, slivers

Directions:

Take raspberries, agave and mustard in food processor and puree until smooth.  Take pureed mixture and put in bowl.  Heat grill. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 20 minutes, brushing with raspberry dijon agave mixture turning once, until juice of chicken is clear. Serve chicken on top of washed and dried spinach.  Top chicken with raspberries and almonds.
