Warm Blueberry Ginger Agave Bake

Ingredients:
1 Cup Organic Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
¾ Cup Organic Agave
¾ Cup Low Fat Organic Rice Milk
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
¼ Teaspoon Organic Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Cup Organic Wild Blueberries
2 Teaspoons Organic Ginger, finely chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir flour, agave, rice milk, baking powder and lemon juice until well blended. Stir in olive oil. Pour into baking dish. Pour washed and dried blueberries over batter; sprinkle with ginger. Bake uncovered 1 hour until edges are golden brown and center is set.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving. It is really delicious served warm.
Note:
If you do not have fresh blueberries you can also use organic frozen blueberries
