Basil Ricotta Mushrooms with Parsley, Onions & Bread Crumbs

Ingredients:
2 Slices Sprouted Grain Bread
1/2 Medium Organic Onion
2 Cloves Organic Garlic
1/4 Cup Fresh Organic Parsley
1/4 Cup Fresh Organic Basil
2/3 Cup Organic Low Fat Ricotta Cheese
16 Large Organic Mushrooms
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. In food processor pulse bread, onion, garlic, parsley, basil, ricotta cheese, and mushroom stems. Pulse 5 – 6 times until finely chopped. Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps and place on baking sheet. Cook until heated through about 8-10 minutes.
