Ingredients:
1 Cup Organic Artichoke Hearts
1 Cup Organic Spinach
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 Organic Bell Pepper
3 cloves garlic
3/4 Cup Non Fat fat Plain Yogurt
3 Tablespoons Fresh Organic Basil
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Organic Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Smoked Paprika (optional)
Directions:
Take all ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth and well blended.
Sprinkle with Smoked paprika.
