Ingredients:
2 Cups Organic Cannellini Beans
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Organic Lemon Juice
1/2 Medium Organic Red Onion
1 Clove Organic Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon Fresh Organic Rosemary, chopped fine
Directions:
Take all ingredients in food processor pulsing until smooth.
Note:
This goes great as a dip, spread or topping.
I enjoy it on sandwiches as an alternative to other highly processed condiments.
This dip is a healthy high protein low fat dip.
Pairs nicely with veggies, pita bread, pita chips, and more.
