Agave Oat Rice Bread
Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Yield: 1 Loaf

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast
1 1/2 Tablespoons Organic Agave
1 1/4 Cup Warm Purified Water
1 1/2 Teaspoon Organic Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Organic Oat Bran Cereal
1/4 Cup Organic Thick Cut Rolled Oats
1 Cup Organic Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour
2 Cups Organic Rice Flour
Directions:
In a large bowl mix the yeast, agave and water. Let rise for a few minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients in the order given. Turn dough out on a well floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, adding more stone ground whole wheat as needed to prevent sticking. Place dough in a large oiled bowl and cover with a towel. Let bowl Set for 1 hour in a warm place and let dough rise until double in size. Take dough and push down and turn onto lightly floured surface; shape into a loaf. Plae in a 9 x 5 x 3 oiled bread pan. Cover with towel and let rise again until doubled in bulk. Preheat oven to 425. Place oven rack in the center of oven and place bread on center of rack. Bake for 25 minutes, or until done.
Note:
This recipe can easily be doubled. After first rising divide dough in half and shape into two loaves. Place each loaf in an oiled bread pan.
