Lemon Agave Quinoa with Cucumber

Ingredients:
1 Large Organic Cucumbers
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Agave
1/2 Teaspoon Organic Crushed Red Pepper flakes
1 Teaspoon Organic Black Sesame seeds
2 Cups Organic Quinoa, cooked
Directions:
Cook Quinoa according to package instructions. Let cool. Dice Cucumber up into bite-sized pieces. Pour a teaspoon of lemon juice onto diced cucumbers and massage it into the cucumbers. This will remove any bitter flavor. Combine with pepper flakes, sesame seeds, quinoa, lemon juice, and agave.
