Garlic Soy Dressing

Yield: 3/4 Cups Dressing

Ingredients:
2 Cloves Organic Garlic
1/4 Cup Soymilk
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
In food processor pulse together all ingredients until smooth. Add sea salt and freshly ground pepper as desired.
Note:
For a Cheesy Garlic Soy Dressing add in 2 Teaspoons of Nutritional Yeast.
