Snack on Nuts and Fruits, not Sweets
Do your best to begin snacking on nuts and fruits and not sweets and you will quickly see the the increased energy it will bring. While sugar is quickly digested and enters the bloodstream immediately, after a brief energy spike, the blood-sugar level falls, leaving you feeling more fatigued then before. High sugar consumption burdens the pancreas putting a toll on the body. Instead of sweets start consuming nuts and both fresh and dried fruits to provide steady energy and better concentration.
