A balanced diet with carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals and trace elements will combat fatigue providing you with great energy. Coffee, alcohol, and nicotine rob the body of nutrients and hinder the ability of the body to absorb necessary substances naturally making you more tired.  Be sure to pick your foods intelligently to bring forth the most energy from your food source as possible.  Avoiding highly acidic foods and substances will also aid you in providing more energy preventing bouts of fatigue.
