Peanut Cranberry Pie (No Bake)

1/4 Cup Organic Unsalted Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
1 Cup Organic Walnut Pieces
1/2 Cup Organic Raw Sunflowers
4 Organic Graham Cracker squares
1-2 Organic Raw Sugar Packet, for topping
In food processor take graham crackers and sunflowers and mix until smooth. Add in all walnuts but 2 teaspoons you will set aside for topping at the end. Add the peanut butter and mix together until a doughy consistency forms. You can serve these chilled as little no bake cookie dough balls, or just raw as a dessert or snack. It can be served in a bowl on a plate or as a pie.
In this case I put it in a pie pan and served it as pie, or you can serve it on a plate. Topping the pie off with some of the walnut pieces and dried cranberries along with 1 raw sugar packet sprinkled on top.
