1/4 Cup Organic Peanut Butter
1 Cup Organic Raw Sunflower Seeds, chopped
6 Organic Graham Crackers
1/8 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
3 Organic Egg Whites
1/4 Cup Wild Blueberry Preserves
Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl take egg whites and baking powder and mix until peaks form. Add chopped sunflower seeds, graham crackers and peanut butter. Bake for 30 minutes until golden. When done and cooled drop wild blueberry preserves on top.
