Didn’t have anything left to eat and came up with this wonderful pizza stretch bread.
PIZZA STRETCH BREAD
Yield: 4 Servings

1/2 Cup Organic Gluten Flour
1 Cup Purified Water
1 Cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Organic Tomato
1/4 Organic Onion, sliced thin
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Freshly Ground Pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Take your gluten flour, water and whole wheat flour and knead together until smooth doughy consistency forms. Let sit on cutting board for 20 minutes to allow it to rise. While awaiting the rise to occur slice up tomato and onion. Take proofed dough and stretch into a circle like a medium pizza size. Brush with olive oil, then add tomato, onions, then dust with freshly ground pepper and sea salt. Cook 10-20 minutes checking regularly. Should be a nice chewy consistency when you bite into it and crisp around the edges. This was suprisingly amazing! Magic happens when you have no food in the fridge and haven’t gone shopping yet – you get creative!
