Fresh & Healthy Peanut Butter Cups – No Bake

Time:7 Minutes
Yield: 12 Peanut Butter Cups
(4 Item Recipe)


1/4 Cup Organic Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Organic Raw Sunflower Seeds
2 Tablespoons Organic Cane Sugar
1/4 Cup Organic Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted


In food processor take sunflower seeds peanut butter and sugar, pulsing until evenly mixed. Take spoonful and make balls. With your index finger poke your finger into the ball making it flat with an indention. Take the indented circle and fill with peanut butter. Take semi sweet chocolate and melt then top each cup with chocolate topping. Take these and put them in the freezer to form. They are super delicious both at room temperature and also cold.
