SUNFLOWER GRAHAM PIE

1 Cup Organic Raw Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
1 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
11 Single piece Organic Graham Crackers
3 Organic Egg Whites
1/8 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Preheat oven to 350. Beat egg whites adding baking powder beating until stiff. Once stiff add sugar and mix until even. Take graham crackers and sunflower seeds and put in food processor until chopped fine.
Add sunflower graham mixture to egg mixture. Fill greased or sprayed pie pan. I prefer using the glass pyrex type but you can use what you have. Fold mixture into baking pan. Cook for 30 minutes on 350. Remove and cool.
