Oat Flour Doughnut Holes w/ Soy Agave Glaze

Time: 10 Minutes
Yield: 2 Dozen Doughnut Holes
(5 Item Recipe)

2 Cups Organic Oat Flour
Purified Water
1/4 Cup Organic Soy Milk, unsweetened
1/4 Cup Organic Agave
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Take your Oat Flour and mix in water making a doughy consistency.  Then take your dough and roll into small bite size balls.

In a large pre-heated pan on medium high heat add olive oil.  Place the balls into the hot oil and cook until golden, flip and cook the other side until golden.  If there are sides that are still doughy you can turn them on their sides as well until golden.

Once they are golden remove them from the pan and set aside to cool.   In a bowl take agave and soy milk forming a paste glaze.  The glaze should be thick.  Once they are cooled you can toss them in the glaze and enjoy.  Be sure to let them cool otherwise the glaze will melt.  You can also dip them into the glaze if you prefer.

These are a much healthier version of a doughnut hole using whole grain oat flour and low glycemic sweetener. If you must you can add or use vegan cane sugar for sweetener, maple or honey as well.
I also enjoy sprinkling them with cinnamon.
