Cranberry Walnut Sunflower Pie

Yield: 4 Servings

1/4 Cup Raw Organic Walnuts, unsalted
1 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds, hulled, unsalted
Organic Creamy Peanut Butter, unsalted
1/4 Organic Dried Cranberries, UN-sulphured, unsweetened
1/4 Cup Organic Agave or Cane Sugar


In food processor take all but 1 tablespoon walnuts.  Add sunflower seeds, peanut butter and sugar.
Set aside a spoonful of cane sugar for putting on top.
Pulse until nice creamy consistency forms.
Take and spoon out onto bowls.  Top with sprinkled walnuts, cranberries and cane sugar. If using agave drizzle over top.
