Simple Affordable Dinners – Wondering what to make tonight? How About margarita Pizza & Fresh Field Greens with Lemon & Olive Oil all for under $2 per person

If you are looking for a simple healthy meal tonight you can make a quick Margarita Pizza & Mixed Greens.  I picked up a bag of organic field greens for, a whole wheat pizza crust, organic chopped tomatoes, organic onion, chopped, organic basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil, fresh parmesan.  We used lemon, olive oil and salt and pepper for the salad.

Affordability Factor:

Our total meal for 4 came out to $5.50 at $1.37 per large plate of pizza and salad.

What you need to pick up:

Organic mixed greens or organic romaine bag $1.50
1 Organic tomato, chopped, unsalted $.50
1/2 Organic Onion $.50
2 Cloves Organic Garlic $.25
1 sprig of organic basil $.50
Parmesan Cheese for sprinkling $.50
Olive oil & Lemon $.50
whole Wheat Organic Pizza Dough $1
