    Great post. I believe olive oil is important in anyone’s’ diet or nutritional well being, but I do agree that some oils (if used excessively) can be harmful to you. Though, fat is good for your body and should only ever be used to balance out your diet, for example: eating Mc Donald’s every second day is a bad fatty choice that leads to health issues but eating regular fat in-takes allows you to still eat the foods you love without kicking them and stopping you on your way to long lasting health. I believe a well balanced diet/nutritional plan and regular exercise is a winner in staying healthy and fit – from experience body builder.

    P.s I love your substitutes and yummy picks – avocado’s are my fave!
