Time: 5 Minutes
Yield: 2 Cups of sliced banana bites
(7 Item Recipe)
Naturally Vegan & Vegetarian

3 Organic Ripe Banana, sliced
1 Teaspoon Coconut Butter
1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon Raw Organic Agave or Raw Organic Honey
2 Teaspoons Raw Organic Carob Powder
Dash of Organic Cinnamon
Shredded organic coconut or chopped raw organic unsalted nuts (optional)

Take a  teaspoon of Coconut Butter, a teaspoon of coconut oil mixing together.  Add a teaspoon of agave or honey, two teaspoons of carob powder, and a dash of cinnamon to taste. Whisk until smooth. Taste to make sure it is to the desired sweetness you prefer if not you can add more honey or agave.

Cut banana into slices. Using a fork, dip each banana slice into the carob sauce. You can also coat the bananas in coconut or chopped nuts which kids love to help make and eat. Lay out onto a tray and freeze.

These little healthy treats are super delicious and make great sweet treat to keep on hand when you want a healthy dessert for yourself, your kids and your family.  We keep these made at all times.  Any over ripe bananas get sliced and frozen which makes this snack super quick wasting no bananas.
