Cut banana into slices. Using a fork, dip each banana slice into the carob sauce. You can also coat the bananas in coconut or chopped nuts which kids love to help make and eat. Lay out onto a tray and freeze.
These little healthy treats are super delicious and make great sweet treat to keep on hand when you want a healthy dessert for yourself, your kids and your family. We keep these made at all times. Any over ripe bananas get sliced and frozen which makes this snack super quick wasting no bananas.
