Minted Cucumber Yogurt Dip, Dressing & Spread

1 cup Nonfat Organic Greek yogurt
1 Large Organic Cucumber, chopped
1/4 Organic Onion, minced
2 Cloves Organic garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh Organic Mint, minced
1 tablespoon fresh Organic Lemon Juice
Take all ingredients and mix together. Goes great as a dip for veggies, crackers, chips, as well as a spread for sandwiches and dressing for salad. We just love this on a veggie sandwich between bread. The crunchy texture of the cucumbers make it a delicious taste and texture.
If you are vegan and still wish to enjoy this dish simply use a soy yogurt for the same delicious dip. This makes a wonderfully healthy alternative to mayonnaise and other condiments. Use this on sandwiches for a fantastic crunch and delicious zip.
