Cinnamon Almond Agave Coffee

Ingredients:

1 Cup Organic Almond Milk
4 Cups Organic Brewed Coffee
2 Tablespoons Organic Agave (More or less if you prefer)
2 Organic Cinnamon Sticks
Small Dash of Organic Nutmeg

Directions:

Heat almond milk lightly – do not boil. Stir in brewed coffee, agave, a dash of nutmeg, and cinnamon sticks.  Beat in pot with a egg beater until frothy.

Note:

If you prefer your coffee without sweetener then you can serve the agave in each cup if the person desires it sweet.  If you prefer black coffee simply omit the agave from the recipe. If you do not have cinnamon sticks on hand you can add 1 Teaspoon Organic ground Cinnamon to the pot.
I prefer making this coffee over the stove in a large pot and brewing it.  Although I have a coffee maker when you make this over the stove it creates a delicious aroma throughout the house.  It also reminds me of the way my Grandmother Maria would make purcolated coffee over the stove.  There is something special about this old school method.
