Time: 20 Minutes
Yield: 8 -10 Slices
(6 Item Recipe)

1 Large Organic Cheese Pizza
1 Organic Roma Tomato, sliced thin
1 Medium Organic Zucchini, sliced thin
1 Medium Organic Yellow Squash, sliced thin
1 Medium Bell Pepper, sliced thin
1/2 Cup Organic Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Take your pizza out of the package.  Wash and pat dry your peppers, tomato, and squash then cut up.If you have a mandolin slicer that works great, if not just slice them thin so they cook through.

Add sliced squash and peppers to the pizza.

Then top with cheese.  Cook in oven according to directions.   Makes a healthier fresh pizza for you and your family when you want to keep dinner simple, affordable and quick.

Here is another inexpensive dinner option. By picking up a ready to bake cheese pizza you cut your time in half making a fast and simple dinner. Picking the plain cheese option keeps your cost low without the sodium and nitrate filled toppings traditionally on pizza.

We paid $4 for the Large Pizza and we added $2 in fresh toppings bringing this meal to
.60 cents per slice.

Health Benefits:

By adding the additional veggies you balance out this meal bringing more fresh and living nutrients to your plate making it healthier then just plain cheese.
