Delicious healthy pumpkin Pie w/ Spelt Crust
Time: 1 Hour with Cooling Time

10 Ingredient Recipe
Ingredients:
15 oz of Organic Pumpkin puree (I loved Farmers’ Market Pumpkin Brand from Whole Foods Market- 2 for $5 special running now)
3/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt (optional)
14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Agave to taste
2 Egg Slightly Beaten
9″ Whole Foods Spelt Pie Crust (Whole Foods)
Directions:
Mix pumpkin and spices together. Add remaining filling ingredients. Mix slowly until thoroughly mixed. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 for an additional 35-40 minutes. Be sure to thoroughly cool pie before serving.
