Persian Yogurt Dip, Sauce & Spread – (Mast-o-Khiar)

Healthy Low-Fat Dips
1 cup nonfat, greek yogurt
2 organic Persian (mini) cucumbers
1/4 cup fresh dill, or 1 Tablespoon dried dill
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Take cucumbers cutting lengthwise and then into 1/4 inch slices. Take cucumbers and add to yogurt. Next add your dill, crushed garlic, sea salt, black pepper. Mix well serve garnished with cucumber slices and dill.
Also goes great on sandwiches as a spread, on fallafell, drizzled on salad, veggies, and more. Great as a dip and more.
