New YEAR Goal Setting


Hopefully by now you have determined some new years resolution beginning to nail down and narrow down your focus for a better you.  Whether your resolution is to get in better shape, eat healthier, start a savings account, be sure you have specific things to focus on so that you can accomplish them and really soar.  Be sure to pick realistic goals that are attainable, and maybe even break them into smaller steps.  For example if I want to lose 3o lbs I can say before the end of the year and I would like to lose 15lbs by the end of the first half of the year by 6/30/14, and the remaining 15lbs over the last half of the year period July through December 2014.  When you are more specific, you can hold yourself to better timing, doing more.

We recommend making some radical goals, as well as goals to have more fun in your life. Working harder means living life with more fun.  Be sure your fun is scheduled as when your life is balanced everything you do will echo with wonderfulness.  When you make your goals be inspired. You don’t want them unreachable or so easy that you are not challenged.  Surprise yourself and see what you can do when you focus and set goals.
